To run the program double click on the DREAM.13" icon if you have a 13 inch monitor or larger. Double click the DREAM.12" icon if you have a 12 inch monitor. If you don't have Quicktime 1.6.1 installed in your system, read the section "INSTALLING QUICKTIME" below.
Use the direction arrows to navigate through the hallways. Search for rooms where hidden movies are revealed. These rooms often appear at locations that are not obvious. After viewing a movie in one of the rooms, you will be asked a question pertaining to what you've just seen. Answer the question by clicking one of the choices presented on the screen. After answering a set number of questions you will be presented with a fantasy that corresponds to how you responded to the movies shown in the rooms.
Various toys are also hidden in the hallways. To reveal these items click on objects in the hallways. When an object is found it will highlight an icon in the triangular form under the small window. You may click on this icon when stopped in the hallway in order to have your current hostess use that toy. As you will find out, certain conditions must be met before she will do as you request.
You can control the rate of playback of any movie playing in the large window. The left arrow slows the movie, the right arrow speeds up the movie, and the forward arrow pauses the movie. Click the forward arrow again to continue at normal rate after the movie is paused. You can exit any movie playing in the large window by clicking directly on that movie. The "New Machine" button, located underneath the arrows, will jump to a climactic part of the movie. Use this button while in the hallway to hear recorded orgasms.
Click the exclamation mark to cause a panic screen to appear.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
To use this CD-ROM you need a CD-ROM player(we recommend one that is faster than 350 milliseconds) and System 7.0 or greater. If you don't have System 7.0, you cannot use QuickTime. To obtain System 7, contact your local Apple dealer or user group.
Minimum requirement is a Macintosh computer with a 68020 CPU(we recommend at least a 68030; a 68040 is the best), 3 megabytes of free RAM and an 8-bit color graphics card(we recommend a 24-bit color graphics card).
**IMPORTANT: If you experience visual problems while running the program with millions of colors, press the space bar to adjust the colors. If this doesn't help see TECHNICAL SUPPORT below.
INSTALLING QUICKTIME
If you don╒t have QuickTime 1.6.1 already installed on your system, you╒ll find a copy in the "Put Contents in System Folder" folder on the disc. Drag and drop the "QuickTime" over your current System folder. The computer will ask if you want to copy QuickTime into the Extensions folder. Click on "Yes" and restart the computer after the computer finishes copying QuickTime.
For optimal viewing, you should play this disc on a fast CD-ROM drive (350 millisecond or faster access rate). It will also help if you turn off all unnecessary INITs and extensions. If you have an LC or similar computer, disabling AppleTalk will also help increase the play-back rate.
For maximum image quality, switch to 24-bit graphics mode if your computer supports it.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If you have any trouble, please check all the connections to and from your computer. Make sure all the SCSI cables as well as the power cords are firmly attached . If your CD will not mount, check that {1} your CD-ROM software is loaded, {2} SCSI cable is properly attached and terminated. {3} Check that your SCSI ID addresses are unique. {4} Turn off unnecessary INITS or Extensions.
Check the CD-ROM for any scratches or finger prints. Use a soft cloth to wipe from the center to the edge. CD-ROMs are more vulnerable to damage than audio CDs, so always place them in the jewel box or CD caddies whenever possible.
